September Campout at Camp Bullowa/Stony Point

For the first campout of the new scouting season, the Troop stayed for our first time at BSA Camp Bullowa in Rockland County. We stayed from Friday through Sunday and on Saturday we took a tour of nearby Stony Point Battlefield State Historic Site.

October Campout – Zombie Apocalypse District Event

On Friday, October 27th, Troop 173 departed to battle the Zombie Apocalypse. The scouts participated in a series of activities that helped teach first aid, marksmanship, and other vital skills to help them defend themselves and others during a Zombie Apocalypse. The scouts all had fun and enjoyed themselves.
