Camp Read Alternative

Thanks to the efforts of ASM Ed McKearney, we have an alternate to Camp Read for Summer Camp – Camp Yawgoog of the Narragansett BSA, Rhode Island Council. Scoutmaster Holmes spoke at length to their camp reservation director and he can accommodate our scouts. Their programing nearly identical to Camp Read for Merit Badges and the New Scout Program. Camp Yawgoog is located approx. 2 1/2 hours from Westchester in Rockville, RI. Troop 2 from Chappaqua has already booked their site and will be attending. The program will run from Sunday. 8/7 to Sunday, 8/14.
